Resolution on Mailing Lists

After a discussion of the problems with the Fall 2002 mailing, a resolution was drafted and approved to express the concern of the board about the inaccuracies in these lists. For the next several issues, the lists will be made available to the branches for cross-checking.

ReConnection Committee (aka Task Force)

At the July 19, 2003 AAUW NC board meeting, President Laura Rumbley appointed a task force to explore how the branches and the state board can better communicate and work together. Their report will be presented at the Oct. 26 meeting.

Proposed goals (to be voted on by the board)

The board passed a motion to adopt the goals and assign individuals to coordinate work on the goals and provide periodic progress reports. At least two individuals signed up to "champion" each goal.
