Errata

Errors in the printed version, corrected online:

• Added B. A. Hughes to volunteers for speakers bureau (p2)
• Educational Foundation board (not Association board) started the Ann Chipley fellowship (p 3)
• Esther Lumsdon's husband's name is Scott Chilcote (p.5 wiki)
• Heading on financial report should be final report for 2004-2005.

Other corrections

• The number listed as Judy Atkinson's is actually her work number.
