For the last 6 board meetings (going back to Fall 2000), the number of branches attending the given number of meetings is:

(i.e. reading from left to right, 5 branches skipped all of the meetings, 6 branches attended just 1, etc.). [Now there's not complete consistency on what "attended" means -- in some cases it is that the President or her representative answered the roll. In others, it just means someone from the branch (perhaps a state board member) was there.] Note that even with that sometimes generous interpretation, 14 of the 28 branches were represented at fewer than 3 of the meetings.
