HOTEL RESERVATIONS

For hotel reservations, call the Greensboro Marriott Downtown in Greensboro at 800-228-9290 or 336-379-8000, stating you want a room in the AAUW block (Handicapped rooms are also available). The room rate is $99 per night, single or double, plus 12% tax. Continental breakfast included. Please make your reservations by February 13, 2002. Rooms held for AAUW of North Carolina will be released after that date and the room rate will increase. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL
The convention hotel is located at 304 North Greene Street. From the East: Take I-85 S to the NC-6/E Lee St exit, exit #128. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp and merge onto E Lee St/NC-6 W. Turn RIGHT onto Eugene St. Turn RIGHT onto Smith St. Turn RIGHT onto Greene St. The hotel is straight ahead on the left. From the West: Take I-40 E to the NC-68 exit, exit #210, Piedmont Triad Int'l Airport. Turn LEFT onto NC-68N toward the airport. Take ramp toward Airport Parkway which is also Bryan Blvd. Follow Bryan Blvd which changes to Benjamin Parkway. Merge RIGHT onto Smith St. Follow to Greene St and turn RIGHT. Hotel is straight ahead on the left.
